HR Operations - Human Resources Specialist

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is seeking a qualified, independent HR Operations - Human Resources Specialist Consultant or specialized service provider to support an upcoming project. This engagement focuses strictly on achieving key milestones as per the SOW.

Scope of Work:

Job Description:

• Perform accurate data entry of employee information into Oracle HRIS e.g. new hires, terminations, salary changes, etc.
  

• Perform weekly audits of data entry, new hire information and various other data points
  

• Assist with records retention.
  

• Assist with the on-boarding process by running background checks, collecting and verifying required new hire documents.
  

• Assist with special projects as needed.
  

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience
  

• Experience with high volume Oracle HR data entry in a fast paced environment.
  

• Experience with Excel and MS Word.
  

• Strong communication skills.
  

• Team player and desire to learn in a fast-paced organization.
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Ability to work independently.
