The Production Analyst researches, analyzes, designs and maintains computer systems in support of talent administration and organizational projects. Continually monitors information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements. Provides ongoing training for caregivers regarding changes and updates to software modules. Provides ongoing troubleshooting for user and communicates with appropriate vendors to ensure optimal system performance. Responsible for system and database maintenance, troubleshooting, data integrity, and report generation.
Responsibilities- Primary scope of work will y fall within the Learning Management System and will be cross trained into other Talent Management systems and software as appropriate.
- Assist in design build (new and existing as directed from Leadership and / or Senior Production Analyst.
- Trains Talent Service Line and organizational staff on system access and utilization.
- Develops and manipulates reports to gather measurement information. Ensures database completeness and integrity.
- Develops and maintains security matrix for system access.
- Collaborates with third party vendors for content troubleshooting.
- Recommends system design changes and upgrades based on efficiency of current system and user needs.
- Provides consultation and recommendations around process improvement.
- Manages end user support.
- All other duties and task as assigned or requested.
Education- Bachelor's Degree - (BA/BS) - Required
- Degree in Technology - Preferred
Work Experience- 1 Year - Technology industry or a technology department - Required
- LMS experience - Preferred
