Job Description - HubSpot Technician

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented HubSpot Technician to support the execution of CRM implementations. This role is responsible for translating strategic designs into high-quality technical builds within the HubSpot platform. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in HubSpot configuration, automation, and data management, with a strong focus on accuracy and performance.


Key Responsibilities



  • Execute HubSpot configurations based on CRM strategy and technical specifications.

  • Build and manage workflows, sequences, and automation processes.

  • Configure custom properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring models.

  • Develop and optimise forms, landing pages, and email templates.

  • Set up dashboards, reports, and attribution tracking.

  • Implement and maintain integrations with third-party tools.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within HubSpot portals.

  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and performance.

  • Maintain clean data structures and ensure CRM data integrity.

  • Document system configurations and updates.



Education & Experience



  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot CRM or similar marketing automation platforms.

  • Experience supporting CRM implementations or working in a technical support/operations role.



Required Skills & Experience



  • Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM and at least one Hub (Marketing, Sales, or Service).

  • Strong knowledge of workflow automation and CRM configuration.

  • Experience with data imports, exports, and data hygiene practices.

  • Basic understanding of HubSpot integrations and APIs.

  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.



Preferred Qualifications



  • HubSpot Certifications (e.g., Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM Implementation).

  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or SaaS environment.
