Human Resources - AI Trainer

Overview Upwork has partnered with one of their enterprise level client who is a US-based machine learning company who helps build safer and more reliable artificial intelligence models. They are currently seeking to partner with Human Resources experts to assist with a long-term, ad hoc project involving the training of LLMs (Large Language Models) to improve on advanced human resources topics. Responsibilities - You will train AI models by crafting and answering questions related to Human Resources. - You will evaluate and rank responses generated by AI systems. - You will use your human resource domain expertise to assess the factuality and relevance of text produced by AI models Qualifications Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources management, business, industrial- organizational psychology, or a related field - Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in writing and spot errors or inconsistencies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Benefits Opportunity for development within the company.
