Role Overview
The Ukrainian & Global HR Business Partner provides global tactical HR support and strategic leadership for the Ukraine organization of 75–100 employees. This role partners closely with the Ukraine Finance Lead on all people, payroll, compensation, and labor-compliance matters, while also supporting the HR Director with HRIS management, people analytics, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Partnership
Advise leaders with workforce planning, organizational design, succession, and performance enablement.
Translate business priorities into actionable people plans and HR OKRs.
2. Employee Relations & Culture Stewardship
Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues.
Conduct investigations, coach managers, and support engagement and retention initiatives.
3. Performance Management
Drive a high performing culture by advising on performance management processes, feedback mechanisms, and disciplinary actions.
Provide expert guidance and support on complex employee relations issues.
4. HRIS, Reporting & Operations
Maintain HRIS data accuracy and manage workflows.
Deliver people analytics
Partner with finance on matters of people-cost, benefits, and special programs.
Have general knowledge of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
5. Special Projects
Support the HR Director on global HR initiatives, HRIS improvements, policy harmonization, and change management.
Assist with recruiting and talent acquisition requests
Preferred Qualifications
5–10+ years of Human Resources experience
Ukrainian fluency; professional working proficiency in (B2/C1)
Strong partnership skills to collaborate with global Finance, Legal, and leadership teams.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels, including globally
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and data reporting.
Proficiency in performance management and employee relations
