Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR operations and employee experience. This position is open to applicants based in the United States and offers flexible working hours with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and other HR-related functions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruiting activities, including posting jobs, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support benefits enrollment and employee inquiries
  • Assist with payroll-related documentation and personnel changes
  • Track employee training, certifications, and compliance requirements
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases
  • Respond to employee questions regarding company policies and procedures
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR software systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Reliable computer, internet connection, and dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience working in a remote environment

Compensation

  • $29–$55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
