Key Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in company systems.
• Assist in problem resolution, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Stay updated with company products, services, and relevant market trends to support clients efficiently.

• Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English or Bulgarian is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general office tools.
