Job Duties:

• Customer communication & issue resolution
• Schedule City Inspections
• Managing Rebates and equipment registrations
• Overseeing job costing and collections
• File extended warranty registrations and claims
• Assisting with parts orders as backup

What you need:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Service Titan experience is a requirement
• High ability to multi-task and switch tasks quickly
• Excellent organizational skills
