Job Duties:

• Take incoming calls from techs for kick-ups for multiple departments (leads)
• Dispatch & debrief the sales team
• Organize & coordinate daily schedules based on call priority & technician ability
• Communicate with customers in a timely & effective manner
• Understand sales goals & hold team accountable

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in the Home Service industry is highly preferred.

What you need:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Service Titan experience preferred
• High ability to multi-task and switch tasks quickly
• Excellent organizational skills
