We are growing and looking for experienced HVAC/R Service Technicians to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install commercial HVAC/R systems (1–50 tons)


• Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades


• Troubleshoot electrical, digital controls, refrigeration, and boilers (gas/oil)


• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships


• Complete work orders accurately using mobile/web-based applications


• Maintain a clean vehicle and job site

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service and repair experience


• Graduate of HVAC trade school or technical institute


• EPA Certification (Universal preferred)


• Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record


• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical troubleshooting, and controls


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Must provide own basic hand tools, meters, and gauges


• Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed

Work Environment

• Ability to work in all weather conditions (hot, cold, indoors, outdoors)


• Must be able to climb, bend, squat, crawl, and lift as required

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Potential of $80,000 – $120,000+ per year
