As an IAM Developer, you will play a critical role in enhancing the security and compliance of our identity governance platform. Your expertise will drive the design and implementation of scalable security solutions, contributing to the overall protection of IT assets. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will ensure effective management of identities and access while also providing vital training to enhance the awareness of information security across the organization.
Accountabilities
- Assess and mitigate information security risks based on best practices.
- Develop and configure SailPoint Identity Security Cloud components.
- Translate business requirements into automated identity lifecycle solutions.
- Implement secure access models aligned with least-privilege principles.
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize identity governance.
- Conduct information security training for relevant teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IAM / IGA platforms.
- 2+ years of development experience in SailPoint ISC or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of security compliance and risk management.
- Proficient in developing and configuring security solutions.
- Experience with integration using REST APIs / JSON.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex access and provisioning issues.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps concepts.
