This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Igma | Squad Leader based in Brazil.
This role is focused on leading complex digital product delivery teams, ensuring the successful execution of high-impact projects from planning to release. You will act as a key orchestrator between business, design, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment across scope, timelines, and quality standards. The position requires strong agility leadership to manage fast-paced environments where precision and delivery excellence are critical. You will be responsible for guiding multidisciplinary squads, removing blockers, and maintaining strong delivery cadence. In this role, you will also monitor project performance metrics and ensure transparency across stakeholders. It is an opportunity to lead highly technical digital initiatives that shape impactful products and user experiences.
Accountabilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate scope, risks, backlog, schedules, and quality across multidisciplinary squads.
- Act as the main bridge between business, design, and technology teams, ensuring clear and continuous communication.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project KPIs such as delivery performance, efficiency, and quality to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Report project status clearly and transparently to stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify and remove impediments that may impact team delivery or project progress.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Project Manager or Squad Lead in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Background in technical areas such as software development, engineering, product, or architecture.
- Proven experience delivering digital products such as apps, platforms, or web systems.
- Strong ability to manage timelines, scope, and delivery commitments in complex environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary squads in product-driven organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement.
- Ability to navigate between business and technical contexts with ease.
- Familiarity with agile facilitation tools such as Miro, FigJam, or similar is a plus.
