Objectives:
As the Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering a smooth onboarding experience for our clients. You’ll manage the onboarding process from kickoff through go-live, making sure each implementation runs smoothly and meets the client’s goals. Along the way, you’ll build strong relationships, lead training sessions, and help shape how clients use the product to fit their day-to-day needs. This role is ideal for someone with a consultative mindset, strong technical and client-facing skills, and a desire to grow into a strategic leader.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead software implementations by assessing client needs, analyzing existing systems, and configuring Red Oak’s platform to meet requirements.
• Deliver training, testing, and technical support during and after onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide responsive, professional support to client requests.
• Share client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the implementation process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and build strong working relationships across business and technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to add value and deepen client engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Skills/Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing enterprise projects, documenting processes, developing best practices, and working directly with clients.
Industry experience in compliance within the financial services sector, ideally FINRA-regulated environments.
Hands on experience with Red Oak, 4U or SiteQuest platforms is highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills (formulas, functions, and data handling)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret and act on client data and feedback
Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and manage time-sensitive, high-stakes tasks
Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and results
Work Structure:
Red Oak values the energy and creativity that comes from working together in person. To support this cultural element, this hybrid role is based out of our Cedar Park HQ with a minimum of 3 days (Tues-Thurs) in the office each week. We make a Remote exception if you have platform experience.
