Description
As part of the Inside Sales team at ASUS, this position assists the sales team by generating reports, performing data analysis, supporting order processing, and consolidating shipment and allocation information. It also works closely with cross-functional teams to monitor shipment schedules, coordinate account-related activities, and help address customer inquiries, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist sales representatives and North American customer accounts
- Check on customer orders, prices and process
- Handle customer issues, inquiries and returns
- Generate and prepare weekly customer allocation reports
- Monitor shipment schedule to ensure timely deliver
- Manage and provide marketing materials for accounts
- Coordinate with other departments, such as accounting, logistics and marketing

Required Qualifications:
Years of Education
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Work Experience
- 2 years of related work experience
Knowledge and Skills
- Works well individually and with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Access
- Organized and detail oriented
Working Conditions:
- Office Only: Typically works in an office environment
- Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time
$70,304 - $72,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. It does not include bonuses, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D insurance, Paid Time Off, EAP, & 401(k). The final amount will be determined based on the qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
