We're seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive new client acquisition through cold outreach and CRM-driven lead generation. You'll be responsible for executing outbound campaigns, maintaining lead quality, and hitting your own TOFU targets, a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in B2B sales for a fast-growing company.

What you'll be doing

• New Client Acquisition: Drive new client acquisition through strategic cold email outreach, using tools like SmartLeads, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other email scraping tools
• Email Performance Management: Execute cold email strategies to maintain strong inbox deliverability, healthy open rates, and low bounce rates
• Smart Leads Management: Maintain and update records, ensuring data accuracy and smooth integration with the broader sales process
• Lead Quality Assurance: Ensure the leads you generate meet quality standards and maintain data integrity in the CRM
• Reporting: Share regular reports on your own lead quality, open rates, bounce rates, and other KPIs with your manager
• Setting TOFU Targets: Track your own top-of-funnel targets and work to optimize your KPIs over time
• Identifying Sales Opportunities: Flag sales opportunities as they arise and loop in the operations team where relevant

Your Skills & Experience

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience with Smart Leads, Clay or a similar outreach platform. Proven experience in building sales funnels and impacting TOFU.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email scraping tools, and MS Excel; willingness to learn quickly
• Industry Interest: Interest in B2B lead generation; exposure to creative & design services is a plus
• Analytical Mindset: Comfort working with data to spot patterns and draw basic conclusions
• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively

Days 1–30: Onboarding and Foundation

• Get to know: Understand the company's culture, values, target clients, and sales goals
• Master the Tools: Become proficient with Smart Leads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email scraping tools
• Learn the ICP: Study the ideal customer profile and get familiar with the lead qualification framework
• Shadow and Learn: Sit in on calls/outreach with your manager or senior team members to understand tone, messaging, and objection handling
• Set Up Your Workflow: Get your CRM, email sequences, and reporting cadence set up and running

Days 31–60: Execution and Ramp-Up

• Start Outreach: Begin running cold email campaigns independently, applying what you've learned about messaging and targeting
• Track Performance: Monitor your own open rates, bounce rates, and reply rates; start iterating on subject lines and messaging based on results
• Build Lead Quality Habits: Establish a consistent process for qualifying leads and maintaining clean, accurate CRM data
• Hit Early Targets: Work toward your first TOFU targets (leads sourced and qualified) with regular check-ins with your manager

Days 61–90: Consistency and Optimization

• Own Your Numbers: Consistently hit your TOFU targets and maintain healthy email performance metrics (deliverability, open rates, bounce rates)
• Refine Your Approach: Use your own data to identify what's working and adjust your outreach and qualification approach accordingly
• Report Independently: Deliver clean, regular performance reports to your manager without prompting
• Flag Opportunities: Start proactively identifying promising leads or patterns and looping in your manager or the operations team where relevant
