About the Role

We’re currently expanding our remote sales team and looking for enthusiastic professionals to help individuals and families secure the financial protection they need. As a Remote Insurance Advisor, you’ll guide prospective clients through personalized policy options and assist them in making confident coverage decisions—all from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with potential clients by phone to present customized insurance solutions
• Review existing coverage and offer tailored recommendations
• Clearly communicate policy terms, coverage limits, and benefits in a client-friendly way
• Handle digital documentation, including quotes, applications, and customer records
• Use provided tools to manage and track all client interactions
• Focus exclusively on inbound inquiries—no cold calling or door-to-door outreach

Requirements

• Active Life Insurance License (required)
• E&O (Errors and Omissions) Insurance (required)
• Previous experience in sales or client service is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, phone-based sales role
• Strong communicator who enjoys helping people make informed decisions

Compensation & Structure

• Independent Contractor (1099)
• 100% commission-based pay structure
• Weekly bonus incentives available
