Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients seeking insurance products.
• Present and explain insurance policy options, including coverage, benefits, and premiums.
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual client needs ensuring optimal coverage.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries, concerns, and policy changes promptly and professionally.
• Assist clients in completing applications, underwriting processes, and claims procedures.
• Maintain accurate client records and information in CRM system.
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and insurance products.

Qualifications

• Must hold one or more of the following insurance licenses: Life, Health, Property, Casualty.
• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
