Summary:
A premier international firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate to join its Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 4–8 years of complex litigation experience, especially those with exposure to insurance matters. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, strategic thinker, and thrives in high-stakes litigation. You’ll play a hands-on role from initial pleadings through trial and appeal, working closely with seasoned litigators and high-profile clients.

What You’ll Do:
• Handle commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and briefs for state and federal court
• Conduct legal research, manage discovery, and prepare witnesses
• Participate in depositions, client meetings, and court hearings
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop litigation strategy

Experience You’ll Need:
• 4–8 years of complex litigation experience, ideally with insurance litigation exposure
• Strong case management and legal writing skills required
• Deposition and courtroom experience preferred
• California Bar admission in good standing required
