About the Role:

Join VanMeveren Agency, Inc. as an Insurance Sales professional in Mahtomedi, MN, where you will have the opportunity to make a difference in clients' lives by providing tailored insurance solutions. We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and helping others navigate their insurance needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.

Conduct thorough assessments of client portfolios to recommend appropriate insurance products.

Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up with leads.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the policy lifecycle.

Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to educate clients effectively.

Collaborate with team members to enhance overall agency performance.

Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage sales pipeline.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Active insurance license in the state of Minnesota.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help clients.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $100,000.00 per year
