Job Description - Insurance Sales Property & Casualty Producer

Growing, stable independent agency seeking licensed, experienced producer with demonstrated successful track record in middle market and larger. Minimum 5 years experience required, relevant professional designation preferred. Ideal candidate will have excellent relationship building skills, be results-oriented and exude confidence. This is a commission-only position but employer may be willing to offer an initial base, excellent service support and potential to qualify for bonuses and incentives.
