Intermediate NetSuite Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Intermediate NetSuite Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NetSuite functionality, experience with system customization, and the ability to collaborate across departments to enhance business operations.

· Maintain and administer our NetSuite ERP system, including user access, roles, permissions, workflows, and configurations

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise

· Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to gather requirements and provide technical solutions

· Create and manage saved searches, reports, and dashboards to support business needs

· Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (e.g., VARStreet, IFS, Salesforce, Shopify, Celigo, HubSpot, PowerBI, etc.)

· Participate in system upgrades, testing, and NetSuite release management

· Provide training and documentation for users to maximize the effectiveness of the platform

· Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits and clean-up activities

· Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices for ERP usage

· Design, implement, and support customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and other tools approved for use on the NetSuite ERP product

· Collaborate with third-party partners, when needed, in the diagnosis, evaluation, development, testing and implementation of bug fixes and enhancements

Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance and SDLC best practices for all development, testing, and implementation
