We are looking for a Family Practice or Internal medicine Physician to join our private practice in Suwanee, GA just 20 min North of Atlanta. We have 2 openings, 1 for an in-office physician providing high quality primary care and a second position, which involves mostly non-direct patient care (review lab, diagnostic and radiology results) with some limited direct care responsibilities. This second position can be performed remotely or in-office with flexible hours. Weekend office closures are standard; however, the non-direct care physician is expected to attend to any urgent results if needed on weekends. The ideal candidate for this second “remote” position will have a strong foundation in medical knowledge, be highly proficient in lab, diagnostic, and radiology interpretation, and capable of developing clinical workflows for efficient patient management

No weekend or holiday hours! Ideally, we are seeking a physician for long term employment, who has excellent bedside manners, and practices with flexibility and compassion. We specialize in Primary Care with an emphasis on Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, catering exclusively to adult patients, managing both chronic diseases and acute illnesses, with an emphasis on preventative care.

Our facility offers a wide range of diagnostic procedures, such as ultrasounds, sleep studies, DEXA scans, spirometry, electrocardiography, blood pressure monitoring, and phlebotomy.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Focus: We manage both chronic diseases and acute illnesses, with an emphasis on preventive care.
Technological Integration: We utilize EClinicalWorks as our EMR system and Medical Dragon One for dictation to ensure an optimized and efficient workflow.
Coding & Billing Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ICD codes and adherence to E/M coding guidelines are essential.

Requirements:

BCBE Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician
Medical license to practice in GA
Minimum 3 years of experience in outpatient internal medicine/primary care preferred

Schedule:

Part time, Full time, or reduced work hours
4.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (can be flexible)

Weekends & Major Holidays: office is closed
Patient Volume & Schedule Structure: 2 new or 3 established patients per hour.
On Call Responsibilities: Phone calls only; calls are minimal and light.

Compensation:

$250k to start for experienced physicians
Up to $350k-$400k (base salary and productivity bonus)
