📣 Notify Your Friend: Let them know you’ve referred them to Sutherland!

🤝 Our Team Contacts Them: If eligible, our Talent Acquisition Team will reach out to start the process. If there are no current openings, we’ll keep their information on file and get in touch once a suitable position becomes available.

Sutherland Bulgaria is looking for motivated candidates for English-speaking Consultant roles with internationally renowned clients. As a Sutherland employee, you can help us find top talent by referring friends or acquaintances! Each referral is reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Team to find the best fit for open roles. If there are no current openings, we’ll keep their information for 6 months and get in touch once a suitable position becomes available.

Eligibility Requirements:

🗣️ Speak English at a B2 level or higher

🇪🇺 Be eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or NON-EU with a valid Bulgarian ID card)

📄 Join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract.

📅 Referrals are valid for 6 months, after which they need to be resubmitted.
