Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interview Skills Trainer to prepare candidates for job interviews by enhancing their communication, confidence, and professional presentation. The trainer will conduct practical interview preparation sessions, including mock interviews, HR and technical interview guidance, and personalized feedback to improve employability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training on interview preparation and interview etiquette.
  
• Prepare candidates for HR, technical, and behavioral interviews.
  
• Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
  
• Train participants on verbal and non -verbal communication skills.
  
• Guide candidates on answering common interview questions using structured techniques.
  
• Help participants improve confidence, body language, and professional appearance.
  
• Prepare training materials and submit reports as required.
  

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and interview processes.
  
• Experience conducting mock interviews and interview coaching.
  
• Ability to mentor candidates from diverse educational backgrounds.
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  
• Certification in Soft Skills, Career Coaching, HR, or Learning & Development is preferred.
  

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interview preparation, career coaching, talent acquisition, HR, or employability training.
