A real estate license is not required to apply, however, they are required for all sales agent positions. If you do not already have an active license, we can give you the information needed to obtain this license.

Everyone at Blackhorne holds an active real estate license in Arizona. Similarly to traditional real estate, agents at Blackhorne are independent contractors that work on 100% commission.
Salary Expectations
Expected earnings for 1st-year agents can be $102k-$163k. On-target earnings for 2nd-year agents are $150k-$450k+. There is no cap for any of our agents.
