About the role

As an Investment Strategist, you'll be a trusted advisor to investors across the country, helping them define their goals, evaluate opportunities and complete their purchases. You'll own the client relationship from discovery through closing and beyond, working from a steady flow of qualified leads with the support of our marketing, operations and partner teams. This role suits an experienced, self-directed sales professional who wants autonomy, flexibility and uncapped earning potential.

What you'll do

  • Hold in-depth discovery conversations to understand each investor's financial goals, risk tolerance and timeline, and guide them on markets, property selection and long-term strategy.

  • Analyze investment opportunities, including cash flow, rental yield and projected returns, and present clear, data-backed recommendations.

  • Manage transactions through closing, coordinating with sellers, title companies, lenders, legal counsel and internal support staff.

  • Help clients understand financing options and coordinate handoffs with partner lenders, insurance providers and property managers.

  • Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing market insights that support repeat and referral business.

  • Stay current on market trends, economic indicators and regulatory developments to identify emerging opportunities.

  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and consistent follow-up in the CRM from first inquiry to closed purchase.


What we're looking for

  • A proven track record in real estate, financial sales or investment advisory, ideally in a remote setting.

  • A strong grasp of real estate investment principles, including cash-flow analysis, investment metrics and market fundamentals.

  • Familiarity with investment financing and the tax considerations that matter to real estate investors.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication and closing skills, with a client-first mindset.

  • The ability to build trust quickly and address concerns about investing outside one's home market.

  • A history of consistently exceeding targets in competitive markets.

  • Self-motivation, strong organization and comfort managing competing priorities independently.

  • Experience with Google Workspace and HubSpot is an asset.
