In this role, you will lead complex, multi-region IT projects that significantly impact core enterprise platforms and services. Accountabilities
- Own delivery from concept to closure for internal IT initiatives in Infrastructure (Network, Compute, Storage, Cloud, Data Centre, SRE, DB)
- Drive accountability to outcomes, defining success metrics and tracking value realization
- Plan and control project budgets, schedules, and resource models
- Lead cross-functional teams and promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
- Engage senior stakeholders for timely decision-making
- Manage financials to meet/exceed approved budgets
- Ensure alignment with IT quality & compliance standards
- Support successful cutover and stabilization of projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8-12 years leading complex IT projects in large enterprises
- Expertise in project management methods (Waterfall, Agile) and tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM, Azure DevOps)
- Strong financial management skills (budgeting and forecasting)
- Ability to manage stakeholders up to senior/executive levels
- Proficient in risk management and change control
- Strong written/verbal communication skills, including executive storytelling
- PMP/PRINCE2 certified or planning to be certified within 6 months; Agile certifications are a plus
