IT System Analyst

We are seeking a System Analyst to join our team and help build scalable, well-designed solutions for globally recognized travel companies.

What you will do

• Gather, document, and analyze system requirements with clients and project managers


• Collaborate with partners like Booking and Ratehawk to integrate travel APIs into booking systems, back-office platforms, mobile apps, and more


• Translate business needs into technical specs aligned with project goals


• Work with developers, designers, and project managers to define clear requirements


• Assist in designing scalable, efficient system architectures


• Develop process models, data flow diagrams, and relevant documentation


• Work in an agile environment

What we expect

• 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst in a software development environment


• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical documentation.


• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile


• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and diagramming software (e.g., Figjam, Miro).


• Fluent English

• Experience with travel software (booking systems, CRMs)


• Experience working at a travel company (OTA, tour operator, etc.)


• Knowledge of travel APIs (bed banks, GDS, etc.)


• Strong understanding of AI integration for process optimization, including limitations and security concerns
