Mercier Consultancy is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative at a cutting-edge Blockchain Company, with the unique chance to work in Greece! In this role, you will provide essential support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to blockchain services and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Your fluency in Italian will enable you to communicate effectively with clients, guiding them through their questions and concerns about blockchain technology and our offerings. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Italian through various channels, such as phone, email, and live chat
  • Educate clients on blockchain concepts, product features, and best practices
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service quality
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding new products and services
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve our support services and offerings
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the tech or blockchain sector
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Problem-solving skills to help address and resolve customer concerns
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Keen interest in blockchain technology and willingness to learn
