Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Cryptocurrency Exchange team in Greece. In this fast-paced and innovative role, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries related to cryptocurrency transactions, account management, and trading processes.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential in providing clear, concise support to clients navigating the complexities of cryptocurrency services. As part of a forward-thinking team, you will play a significant role in building customer confidence and enhancing their experience within the cryptocurrency ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat regarding cryptocurrency exchange inquiries
  • Assist customers with account setup, transaction issues, and trading queries
  • Provide guidance on platform features and security measures
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical and compliance teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and product improvements
  • Stay informed about cryptocurrency market trends and regulatory changes
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong focus on customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Previous experience in customer service or the financial/crypto industry is preferred
  • Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Genuine interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
