Job Description - Italian Speaking Customer Service for FinTech Company - Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic FinTech company based in Greece. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the financial technology sector and are eager to provide exceptional service. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and support them in navigating financial products and services in Italian.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding account setups, transactions, and financial services.
  • Assist with troubleshooting account-related issues and guide customers through the resolution process.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with technical departments to address any issues impacting customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide valuable insights to customers.
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the FinTech or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and basic financial concepts.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
