As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their ride-sharing experiences while communicating effectively in Italian.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding ride-sharing services, app functionality, and related queries via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Provide guidance on ride bookings, payment processing, and cancellation policies.
• Assist customers in resolving any service-related issues or complaints efficiently.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience and support business objectives.
• Stay informed about company updates and local regulations impacting ride-sharing services in Greece.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the ride-sharing or transportation industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs.
