Key Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries from Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Offer detailed information about our services, assisting clients with their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Facilitate smooth transaction processes by assisting clients with bookings, registrations, and other administrative tasks.
• Resolve customer issues and provide tailored solutions in a timely manner.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
• Stay engaged with local developments and offerings to enhance client experiences and recommendations.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, support roles, or similar positions is a plus.
• Strong understanding of excellent customer service principles and practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging clients.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office applications is preferred.
• Motivated and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation costs covered by the company.
