Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document and update client information accurately in the company’s databases and CRM systems.
• Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Bulgarian is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, administration, or related fields is preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and general computer literacy.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
