Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking Netflix users via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting streaming issues, and explaining Netflix features and offerings.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries promptly to ensure a positive viewing experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on Netflix product updates, policies, and industry trends.

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; good command of English is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming or entertainment sector.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation support is provided.
