Job Description - Remote Itinerary Specialist

Overview

We are seeking organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Itinerary Specialist. In this fully remote role, you will assist clients with planning and coordinating customized travel itineraries, ensuring every detail is accurate, seamless, and aligned with their preferences.

This position combines research, coordination, and client communication in a structured remote environment. If you enjoy organizing details, providing thoughtful recommendations, and delivering exceptional service, this opportunity is for you. No prior industry experience is required full training is provided.

Responsibilities
  • Create and coordinate customized itineraries based on client needs and preferences

  • Research, compare, and confirm reservation options 

  • Provide accurate information and tailored recommendations within client budgets

  • Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online platforms

  • Manage itinerary updates, changes, and service-related requests promptly

  • Maintain detailed and organized client records

  • Follow established booking and communication procedures

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings
