Key Responsibilities:

• Originate mortgage loan applications through referrals, networking, and self-generated leads.
• Guide borrowers through the loan process, analyzing financial information to determine eligibility.
• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely processing from submission to closing.
• Stay updated on mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships.

Requirements:
Education:

• Active NMLS license in good standing.

Experience:

• Minimum 18 months of recent, successful experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer with proven loan production.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA) and lending regulations.

Other:

• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficiency in loan origination software (LOS) and CRM systems.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 (based on production)
