In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting non-profit organizations by processing donations and providing exceptional donor care.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to process donations for various non-profits.
Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing donor inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records by entering donor information into our database.
Proactively follow up with donors to ensure their satisfaction and engagement.

Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics, unlocking pathways to career advancement.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional verbal communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (You choose your schedule).
