Jr. Legal & Compliance Analyst

Monitor the regulatory landscape across jurisdictions and assist with ensuring regulatory compliance under each regulatory regime while providing strategic direction on novel legal and regulatory matters, including token regulations;

Drafting, and reviewing service agreements;

Drafting, reviewing, and updating internal policies and legal documents;

Working side-by-side with the Legal Manager to manage documents, organise contract workflows and maintain the legal database in the cloud;

Tracking pending litigation and enforcement trends in the crypto and blockchain space (e.g. reviewing, commenting on, and initiating amicus briefs).

Degree from an accredited law school (or graduation in the next two years;

Have at least 1 year of professional experience in corporate finance or contracts. Experience in crypto companies is a plus;

Interest in Crypto regulation knowledge in different jurisdictions, especially the USA and EU;

Knowledge of the DAO Governance System;

Ability to effectively organise, prioritise, and manage time-sensitive projects;

Great attention to detail;

Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken (C1);
