Junior Affiliate Manager

THE ROLE 

We run a creator program on Trybe, where creators make videos about our products and earn commission on what they sell. It only works if the right creators keep coming in. This seat makes sure they do. You'll spend your days in Trybe, on TikTok and Instagram finding creators and messaging them, and in a tracker that shows where every conversation stands. Our Community Manager decides who we want and what we say; you do the reaching out, every day, at volume.

This is a role for someone who has done outreach to a daily target and likes it. Most messages get no answer. The people who do well here keep going on those days, keep every message personal, and get a little better each week.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The job splits into three areas: outreach (about 60%), inbound and handoff (20%), and tracking and the weekly report (20%). The common thread is volume without losing the personal touch.

Outreach

• Use every Trybe invite, every day. We get 30 a day; none go to waste.
• Around 100 personal messages a day to creators on TikTok and Instagram, each one mentioning something from their content.
• Follow up once with every creator who hasn't replied after a few days.

Inbound and handoff

• Answer creators who message us about the program within a day.
• Hand interested creators to the Community Manager with their link and numbers attached, so the decision takes a minute.

Tracking and the weekly report

• Every contact in the tracker with a stage, a date and a next step, so anyone could pick up any conversation.
• A Friday report with the week's numbers by channel and one thing you tested: a new opener, a new search, a new time of day.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 6+ months of outreach at volume - Recruiting, influencer or affiliate outreach, lead generation or sales development, with a daily target of 50+ personal messages. Can give their real daily numbers and reply rate.
• Grit with numbers- Has kept a daily target for months, including the weeks when almost nobody replied. Can say what kept them going and what they changed.
• Warm, natural written English - The written answers and the sample DM read like a person. No templates, no errors, no wall of emoji.
• Personal at speed - Writes a message that mentions something specific from the creator's content in a couple of minutes, not a copy-paste with the name swapped.
• Knows TikTok and Instagram as a user - Finds creators by niche, hashtag and sound. Can tell a creator who posts consistently and sells (TikTok Shop, affiliate links) from one with only followers.
• Accurate tracking - Keeps a sheet or CRM where every contact has a stage, a date and a next step, and other people can read it.
• Takes direction and feedback - Follows the targeting and voice they're given, and changes a message the same day when told it isn't working.
• Working hours - 09:00 to 18:00 CET, Monday to Friday (16:00 to 01:00 Manila), with a reliable connection and a quiet workspace.

NICE TO HAVE 
You've recruited creators for a TikTok Shop or affiliate program, or used Trybe or a similar platform.

• Beauty, skincare or wellness, especially for women over 40.
• Recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
• Google Sheets beyond the basics: filters, dropdowns, simple formulas.
