Opportunity:

Virtual Service Operations is searching for a Junior AppDynamics Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping customers unlock the full potential of their AppDynamics solution investments. You will take ownership of technical project execution, working closely with the project team to ensure successful implementation and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Configure AppDynamics agents/extensions to monitor Applications.
• Setup and analyze AppDynamics analytical data to predict future performance based on historical trends as per customer requirements.
• Perform analysis on logs and use problem solving techniques to resolve AppDynamics agent issues.
• Test and implement AppDynamics Monitoring Extensions appropriate for Client's technology stack (e.g. Webservers/Messaging/App/Database Tiers).
• Build/maintain AppDynamics dashboards and alerts
• Maintaining the environment through regular upgrades, patching, security certs, etc.
• Take ownership of the technical execution of projects and work hand-in-hand with the project team to monitor the progress of the project against its technical design 

Qualifications:

• Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status.
• Bachelors degree in computer science or similar technical field or equivalent technical experience

• 1-3 years of experience working with AppDynamics
• Must be able and willing to work 100% remote
• Must be located in the USA
