  • Improve access controls and organization-wide 2FA implementation

  • Contribute to internal security education and operational best practices

Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization

  • Audit software tools, subscriptions, and operational systems to reduce unnecessary spend

  • Monitor system usage and identify opportunities for optimization and consolidation

  • Assist with vendor and account management across platforms such as Apple, Google, and Lenovo

Onboarding, Offboarding & Employee Experience

  • Improve onboarding and offboarding systems for employees, partners, and patients

  • Standardize device provisioning and deployment workflows using pre-configured setups

  • Help maintain internal documentation and build scalable knowledge management systems

What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in JavaScript development

  • 1+ year of experience working with automations, integrations, or workflow systems

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and systems

  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated

Bonus Experience

  • Experience with endpoint or device management platforms such as NinjaOne

  • Familiarity with Cloudflare, Netlify, and Amazon Web Services (AWS)

  • Based in or near Toronto, Montreal, or Los Angeles

Why This Role Is Different

  • Build systems and infrastructure that directly impact company performance

  • Gain hands-on exposure across security, automation, IT, operations, and internal systems

  • Work closely with leadership and see how a high-growth startup operates behind the scenes

  • Join an elite, fast-moving team building one of Canada’s most ambitious biotech companies

  • Take ownership early and contribute meaningfully from day one

What’s in it for you:

  • We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and additional perks that reward your hard work and dedication.

  • You will get to be part of a forward-thinking team at the forefront of regenerative medicine and cellular preservation.
