In this role, you'll not only be seen as a strong business partner but also as a crucial player in our ambitious journey, providing the management team with the analytical information needed to drive success. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with small or no previous experience.Your responsibilities and tasks will be, but are not limited to:

• Report Preparation: Efficiently maintain existing reports while innovating and developing new ones to meet evolving business needs
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial metrics, providing actionable insights on actual performance, forecasts, and budget comparisons to guide strategic decisions
• Power BI Reporting: Utilize Power BI to design and deliver comprehensive reports, transforming raw data into visual insights that inform business users
• Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring our financial insights drive strategic decisions
• Honestly speaking: Be prepared for a lot of number crunching, tackling unforeseen analytical challenges, and continuous learning on the go, adapting to the dynamic needs of our financial landscape

As a collaborative and growth-oriented team, we are keen to support your professional development. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have analytical thinking skills and a strong desire to learn.
To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in English
• A solid grasp of the basic terms and concepts in accounting and finance within IFRS environment
• Comfort in working with MS Excel, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and financial modeling.

Any of the below will be considered a strong advantage:

• Previous experience and understanding of the reporting cycle within a Finance department
• Some knowledge of M, DAX, and VBA along with a willingness to explore these areas further
• Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics
