Junior Portuguese-speaking Customer Support

Location: Hybrid (Sofia) or Remote (other cities in Bulgaria)

Start Date: January 6, 2024
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (2 rotational days off)

About the Role
We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you’ll provide top-notch support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in Portuguese and English. A two-week training program will ensure you’re equipped to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone in Portuguese and English.
• Offer accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions.
• Escalate complex matters to the appropriate team as needed.
• Record interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Portuguese (B2) and English (B2), both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus.
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday with rotational days off.
