Junior to Intermediate GoHighLevel Support Specialist

Creatively Disruptive is looking for a Junior to Intermediate GoHighLevel Support Specialist to help support our CRM, automation, and AI systems used by kids' activity centers across North America.

We value people who take ownership, solve problems, and continuously look for ways to improve.

What You’ll Do

• Build and update GoHighLevel workflows
• Troubleshoot automations and integrations
• Configure forms, calendars, pipelines, and campaigns
• Support and improve AI agents
• Assist with client onboarding and account setup
• Resolve support tickets and system issues
• Attend client meetings when required

Requirements

• At least 1year experience using GoHighLevel
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable speaking with clients on Zoom
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow processes and complete tasks independently
• Able to work some US hours each day

This Role Is NOT For

• Complete beginners with no GoHighLevel experience
• Advanced developers looking for enterprise-level architecture work

This is a junior to intermediate role focused on supporting, troubleshooting, and improving existing systems rather than building highly complex custom solutions.
