Position Overview

We are seeking an Elite, Professional Kitchen Designer with a proven track record of sales success and a passion for designing functional, beautiful kitchen spaces. This fast-paced role is ideal for a highly motivated designer who excels at building rapport with clients over the phone and via email.

If you are a 2020 Design expert who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, this is the opportunity you've been looking for. We are authorized to hire remote employees in many states, but not all states.

What We Offer

• Starting salary of $60,000 up to your first 6 months


• Six-figure earning potential with our generous compensation structure

• Remote opportunities available in many U.S. states. We currently have no ability to hire outside of the continental United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, functional kitchen layouts using 2020 Design software


• Provide exceptional service to prospective clients via phone and email


• Communicate design concepts clearly and professionally


• Guide customers through the cabinet selection and purchasing process


• Maintain strong follow-up habits to close sales and exceed revenue goals


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Qualifications

• Associate Degree, minimum, Bachelor’s Degree preferred


• 5+ years of Demonstrated success in kitchen design and sales


• Expert-level proficiency in 2020 Design


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to manage a fast-paced workload efficiently


• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality design


• Remote candidates must have a reliable home office setup
