Position:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Korean Content Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between Musixmatch and our Korean-speaking clients and contributors, handling correspondence, driving community engagement, and ensuring the highest quality standards for Korean language content on our platform.
What you will do:
Translate and manage communication with Korean-speaking clients and internal stakeholders.
Actively engage with and grow the Korean contributor community.
Fulfill client requests with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Provide structured feedback on product issues to support continuous platform improvement.
Lead recruitment efforts to expand and strengthen the Korean contributor base.
Conduct Korean language quality assurance to uphold content standards.
Participate in meetings and calls, providing interpretation support as needed.Requirements:
Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken Korean and English. Italian is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills: empathy, patience, and clear communication.
Tech-savvy mindset with analytical thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine interest in music, music technology, or the music industry is a strong plus.
Prior experience in community management, localization, or content operations.
Familiarity with the music industry or streaming platforms.
Experience with QA processes or translation tools.

This is a part-time role. The gross annual base salary will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of hours, from a full-time equivalent of €25,000 - €30,000. The package includes a variable performance bonus tied to individual and company goals, plus a flexible welfare credit to use on the benefits that matter most to you.
