Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and NOC operations


• Troubleshoot complex Routing, Switching, and WAN issues


• Manage and support SD-WAN environments


• Handle Incident, Problem & Change Management as per SLAs


• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents


• Work with internal teams and customers for escalations and resolution


• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability

Mandatory Skills

• Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS)


• L3 concepts (VLANs, STP)


• SD-WAN (Cisco and Meraki )


• Enterprise Network Troubleshooting & NOC Operations


• Firewalls, VPNs & Network Security


• Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) exposure

Good to have 

• AWS/Azure Networking


• ITIL knowledge
