Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney

• Manage cases from start to finish with minimal supervision.    
• Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.   
• Provide excellent communication with clients and colleagues, ensuring they are well-informed throughout their cases.    
• Negotiate settlements and handle trial advocacy where necessary.   
• Maintain a high standard of legal writing, research, and oral argument skills.   
• Prioritize and manage multiple cases at one time, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.  

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as an employment litigation attorney.    
• Active membership in the California State Bar (required).   
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.  
• Proven ability to manage a case independently.   
• Strong negotiation skills.   
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload.   
• Collaborative mindset, willing to contribute to a positive team culture.  

• Location (Anywhere in the USA ).   
• Fully Remote.  California State Bar (required).     
• Salary range: $120,000 - $170,000 annually (based on experience).   
• Full-time.   
• Monday through Friday.
