Landside Shift Lead

Shift Leader – Landside Operations (Parking & Ground Transportation)

We’re seeking a Landside Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in our growing parking and ground transportation (Landside) division. In this fast-paced role, you'll lead a team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional customer service to travelers and staff. As a Shift Leader, you will provide oversight, direction, and inspiration to your team in this important role.

Salary: $20.46 - $24.04 per hour based on experience, with opportunity for annual step-based increases up to a maximum of $29.40. This is an hourly and overtime eligible position.

There is one (1) graveyard shift position open. An additional $2.40 an hour Shift Differential pay is added for any hours worked between 6pm and 6am.

• Supervise staff and daily activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage cash handling and use of computerized revenue systems.
• Drive a 14-passenger shuttle van between parking lots and the terminal.
• Monitor parking systems, assist employees with access, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Conduct facility inspections and uphold safety protocols.

• 1+ year of experience handling cash/credit transactions with revenue systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work all shifts: day, swing, and graveyard, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with shift work and working independently.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and a proactive problem solver.

FLSA Status: Non-exempt (overtime eligible)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 40 pounds on a routine basis.
• Ability to load and unload truck beds with cones, signage, and other landside materials.
• Able to respond quickly to Landside emergencies in remote lots.
• Able to perform basic assistance to the traveling public in order charge batteries, jump start cars, inflate tires, etc.
• May be exposed to all weather conditions throughout the year, depending upon project phase.
